Kevin Nohl

Kevin Nohl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and responsibilities. Kevin has held senior leadership roles in companies such as Aterian, Delta Children, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rent The Runway, Make-A-Wish America, Amazon, Signature Technology Group, Junior Achievement of Arizona, and Microsoft.

At Aterian, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's global supply chain operations.

At Delta Children, Kevin served as the Senior Director of Operations. Kevin was in charge of the company's global supply chain strategy and execution, including overseas production, domestic import, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. Additionally, they managed 3PL, transportation, and vendor performance and contracts.

During their time at Bed Bath & Beyond, they held the position of Director of Omnichannel Home Delivery for three different brands. Kevin was responsible for deploying a large item home delivery and customer support system across the companies, as well as managing vendor contracts and performance. Kevin was able to significantly grow the large item decorative furnishing category through various strategies.

At Rent The Runway, they served as the Senior Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement. Kevin played a key role in designing and deploying the company's fulfillment center and continuous improvement program.

Kevin also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at Make-A-Wish America as the Business Strategy and Continuous Improvement Lead. Kevin was responsible for implementing lean process transformation and creating a continuous improvement program for the organization.

Prior to that, Kevin served on the Board of Directors for DMD Systems Recovery Inc., where they held a senior leadership position.

At Amazon, Kevin worked as the Lead Master Black Belt for North America. In this role, they were responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the company's supply chain operations.

During their tenure at Signature Technology Group, they served as the CIO and Vice President of Operations. Kevin played a crucial role in growing the company's revenue and was recognized as a finalist for CIO of the year.

Kevin also served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Arizona, a non-profit organization.

Before their other roles, Kevin held various senior manager positions at Microsoft, where they were responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives, managing sales and marketing operations, and overseeing the planning and design of Xbox products.

Kevin Nohl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Kevin also pursued further education at Arizona State University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Additionally, Kevin obtained a Graduate Certificate in Statistics from Arizona State University.
