Natalie Barnard

Natalie Barnard, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natalie started their career at Eli Lilly as a Program Medical professional from 2001 to 2005. Natalie then joined Simon Property Group as part of the Simon Brand Ventures team from 2005 to 2009. Natalie worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International's Officeteam division from 2009 to 2011. Natalie then became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Knauf Insulation, where they managed full life cycle recruitment for Knauf Insulation North America from 2011 to 2014. Natalie served as a Senior Compensation Analyst at FULLBEAUTY Brands from 2014 to 2015. Natalie then transitioned to the role of Manager, Human Resources at Batesville from 2015 to 2019, where they acted as a strategic business partner, leading various HR functions. Natalie was later appointed as the Human Resources Lead - Americas for Hillenbrand, Inc Enterprise Operating Companies from 2020 to 2021, where they oversaw HR operations and workforce restructuring for the Americas.

Natalie Barnard, SPHR, completed their education in the field of Business at Indiana Wesleyan University. Natalie has also achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
