Audrey Schainker

Audrey Schainker, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Bath & Body Works, leading a global team to support over 500 corporate employees within a $7.5 billion business. Prior to this role, Audrey was the Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards at American Signature Inc., where strategic planning and employee engagement were prioritized. Audrey's earlier experience at L Brands included positions as Director and Manager of Compensation, overseeing compensation practices for more than 60,000 associates, along with roles in human resources management at Victoria's Secret. Audrey began a career at Cintas Corporation as a Human Resources Management Trainee, where a focus on mentorship programs was established. Audrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Miami University.
