Karen Newkirk

Karen Newkirk possesses extensive experience in human resources and coaching, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. At Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Karen served as Associate Vice President and Director within Corporate Human Resources from January 2018 to February 2023. Karen is also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of KNEW Coaching & Consulting LLC since June 2017, specializing in empowering clients through life and mentor coaching. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Human Resources at Sears Holdings Corporation and various positions at Ford Motor Company. Karen holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from Clark Atlanta University and is a trained Life and Executive Coach from Accomplishment Coaching.
