Isuru Perera

Isuru Perera is an experienced retail management professional currently serving as Store Manager at Bath & Body Works since September 2025. Prior to this, Isuru held the position of Store Manager at Starbucks Australia from June 2023 to September 2025 and spent nearly two decades in various roles at Starbucks Middle East, culminating in the role of District Manager. Isuru's career began as a Barista and progressed through several managerial positions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management from London Metropolitan University, as well as attendance at Asian Lanka Hotel School and Kalubowila Central College, complemented by a program from I.R.E.T Computer - Institute ACAL System (PVT) Ltd Sri Lanka.
