Oleg Zeylikovich

Oleg Zeylikovich currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Design at Bath & Body Works, where Oleg provides visionary leadership to the design team and implements a comprehensive design strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Prior to this role, Oleg was the Vice President of Global Design Innovation at Maybelline New York, overseeing brand voice and consistency while collaborating on packaging and promotional designs. Oleg has extensive experience in design, having held positions from Assistant Art Director to Designer for various prestigious companies, including Revlon, Interview Magazine, and W Magazine. Oleg's early career included work as an Assistant to the Press Attache at the Embassy of Ukraine to the U.S. Oleg holds degrees from Rutgers University and the School of Visual Arts.
