Jermaine Coleman

Jermaine Coleman possesses extensive experience in design engineering, particularly in the shipbuilding industry. Currently serving as a PY Designer/OSR at Bath Iron Works since January 2015, Coleman has previously worked as an Electrical Designer at Strom Engineering and held various design roles at Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, from April 2003 to October 2013. Coleman's expertise includes operating Catia V5/Enovia for wire way systems design on the CVN 78 and CVN 79 projects, contributing to cost-reduction initiatives and standardization processes. With proficiency in software such as Catia IV & V and AutoCAD 2000, Coleman holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Thomas Nelson Community College.
