Karabo Mahlare

Karabo Mahlare serves as the Head of Retail at Bathu Shoes (Pty) Ltd since July 2023, overseeing the performance of 32 stores to drive turnover and meet business expectations. Prior experience includes roles as National Retail Operations Manager at The Power of Trading (Pty) Ltd from October 2019 to August 2023, Area Manager at Superdry from January 2017 to November 2019, Store Manager at Adidas Originals from May 2015 to January 2017, and Assistant Manager at Fabiani from July 2012 to April 2015, with responsibilities as a Visual Merchandiser. Karabo Mahlare holds a degree in Retailing and Retail Operations from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of the Witwatersrand.
