Loïc Nicklaus

Loïc Nicklaus has extensive experience in project management and client relations, currently serving as Chargé de projets Activités Locatives et Relation Client at Batigère since April 2021. Prior experience includes an internal audit role at VIVEST and a position focusing on territorial relations at Action Logement, where responsibilities involved developing relationships with local authorities and overseeing projects related to the Action Cœur de Ville initiative. Loïc also held the role of Responsable gestion des risques et contrôle interne at PLURIAL ENTREPRISES / Action Logement, where duties encompassed internal audits and the implementation of internal control systems. Earlier in the career at PLURIAL ENTREPRISES, responsibilities included managing rental services in Lorraine and developing commercial strategies for social property access loans.
