Christelle Debrauwer

Christelle Debrauwers currently serves as Directrice Innovations et Solutions at Norda Stelo, leading the development of advanced technological solutions with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Additionally, Debrauwers is a board member on the governance committee of Bâtiment durable Québec and a training and recruitment consultant at Adoc Talent Management. As an associate at Time for the Planet, involvement is directed towards mobilizing financial resources for climate innovation. Debrauwers' previous roles include Senior Director at FPInnovations, where strategic technological initiatives for bio-sourced materials and sustainable construction were advanced, along with leadership positions at BIC that encompassed R&D transformation and sustainable innovation. Debrauwers holds an Engineer's degree in Formulation and Materials as well as a PhD in Materials, complemented by certifications in corporate governance and leadership training.
