Houman Javidnia

Houman Javidnia has extensive experience in various management roles. Houman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Canada & US at BATL Axe Throwing. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at BATL, and before that, they were the Sr. Director of Operations at the same company. Before joining BATL Axe Throwing, they worked as the Director of Sales at Kognitive Marketing and as a District Manager at Match Marketing Group. Houman also has a long history with Best Buy Canada, where they held the positions of General Manager, Sales Manager, and Product Expert.

Houman Javidnia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management and Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Houman also obtained additional certifications in "How to Engage Meaningfully in Allyship and Anti-Racism" from LinkedIn in March 2021, and in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
