Matt Saurage

Matt Saurage has been involved in the coffee industry since 1995 when they became Co-Owner of CC's Coffee House. In 2012, they became a Founding Member of World Coffee Research and Chairman of the Board at Community Coffee Company. In 2014, they were appointed Director, past Chair of the National Coffee Association USA. In 2018, they became a Director of New Schools for Baton Rouge. In 2019, they became Owner of CityRoots Coffee Bar and a Director of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation.

Matt Saurage attended Louisiana Tech University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Matt then attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained an MBA.
