Sarah Gardner, MBA has a diverse work experience. Sarah began their career in 2007 as a Carhop and Fountain at Sonic Drive-In. In 2011, they held a Seasonal Team Member position at Kirkland's and an Internship at Anderson & Reynolds, PLC. In 2012, they were an Intern at O.C. Buckels & Co. and a Seasonal Team Member at Pier 1. Sarah also served as an Assistant Coach for Middle School Lacrosse at Girls Preparatory School in 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an Underwriter at Unum. In 2015, they were a Graduate Assistant for the Flores MBA Program at Louisiana State University. In 2018, they became the Founder & Lead Baker at Batch Baking Company, LLC. Since 2017, they have been the Vice President of Communications and Project Manager of Civic Leadership Initiatives at the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. As Project Manager, they provide oversight of the community engagement processes, collaborates with outside consultant teams, identifies and adheres to project budgets, and works with stakeholders and public officials at the local, state and federal levels to garner support for projects.

Sarah Gardner, MBA has a comprehensive educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they earned in 2013. In 2012, they also studied Business Management, Marketing, and International Business at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Louisiana State University in 2017, with a focus on Management Consulting, Human Resources, and International Business.
