Courtney Guidroz

Courtney Guidroz is a highly experienced registered nurse currently serving as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Recovery Area at Baton Rouge General Medical Center since August 2024. Prior to this role, Courtney held various leadership positions at University Medical Center New Orleans from January 2017 to September 2024, including Director/Program Coordinator for the Center for Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery and Nurse Manager of the Observation Unit. Additional nursing experience includes a role as a Registered Nurse at Crescent City Surgical Centre and Lakeview Regional Medical Center, and as a Nursing Supervisor in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at East Jefferson General Hospital from May 2002 to November 2015. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Our Lady of Holy Cross College.
