Katie Kurz

Katie Kurz, MS, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Baton Rouge General Medical Center since March 2023, Katie has previously held key positions such as Human Resources Manager at Open Health Care Clinic, Human Resources Business Partner at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System and CHRISTUS Health, and HR Generalist at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. Katie holds a Master's of Science in Human Resources and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in General Studies, with minors in Communication, Leadership Development, and Business, also from Louisiana State University.
