Aaron Ayusa

Aaron Ayusa is currently the Director of Client Success at Baton Systems. Aaron has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in Cash Products Metrics and Analysis, and Prime Swap. Aaron has also worked extensively with robotics and technology in order to improve process efficiency and automation.

Aaron began their career at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC in 2010 as a Senior Analyst in IB Treasury Operations. In 2015, they transitioned to Senior Analyst - Prime Swap where they were responsible for the confirmation and settlement of cash obligations for over 25 clients. In 2017, they became the Global Cash Products SME for improving process efficiency and automation through robotics and technology. Aaron also led, coordinated, and assisted in various global projects, market and industry initiatives, regulatory and other ad hoc requirements. Aaron represented Credit Suisse on various industry forums and workgroups such as the FX OMWG (Operations Managers Working Group), a quarterly meeting hosted by the FRBNY (Federal Reserve Bank of New York).

In 2021, Aaron left Credit Suisse to join Baton Systems as the Director of Client Success. In this role, they are responsible for managing and developing client relationships as well as overseeing all aspects of client success.

Aaron has a bachelor's degree in applied economics from De La Salle University, as well as a bachelor's degree in commerce with a focus on financial institution management from the same school. Aaron also has a certification in Alteryx Designer Core from Alteryx.

Aaron Ayusa works with Daniella Huggins - Director of Marketing, Mohammad Abidi - VP of Engineering, and Saurabh Srivastava - Senior Director of Product Management. Aaron Ayusa reports to Arjun Jayaram, CEO & Founder.
