Kyleigh Lipsitz, PMP

Kyleigh Lipsitz, PMP has a wealth of experience in customer success, project management, and software support. Kyleigh began their career in 2010 as a Field Organizer for Jocelyn Benson for Michigan Secretary of State, where they managed voter information databases, recruited voters, and organized and staffed rallies and events. In 2011, they worked as a Specialist for Apple, educating and selling customers Apple and third-party products, as well as providing basic technical support for OSX and iOS Apple devices. In 2012, they worked as an FMLA Specialist for ComPsych, researching and applying Family Medical Leave Act to absence management programs, and analyzing Worker’s Compensation and Disability policies related to FMLA administration.

In 2013, Kyleigh began their work with Backstop Solutions Group, where they held several roles over the next six years. Kyleigh worked as a Project Manager, collaborating across teams of internal and third-party designers, engineers, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to successfully implement Backstop suite of customer relationship management, digital marketing, and investor relations cloud based software. Kyleigh also worked as an Implementation Consultant - Front End Development, leading consultant responsible for successfully implementing Backstop Investor Portal. Additionally, they served as an Implementation Consultant, managing year-long professional service projects, and as a Senior Support Analyst, troubleshooting equations in Java code and developing investor liquidity terms in Java. Finally, they worked as a Software Support/Client Services Representative, corresponding with clients to assist with technical troubleshooting.

In 2019, Kyleigh moved on to Hyperscience, where they served as a Customer Success Manager. Kyleigh currently holds the same role at Baton, where they began working in 2022.

Kyleigh Lipsitz has a Bachelors of Science in Philosophy from Eastern Michigan University (2009-2011). Kyleigh also attended General Assembly for Front-End Web Development (2015-present). Kyleigh has obtained additional certifications, including Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules\u2122 in October 2022 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
