John Cole

John Cole has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. John is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Broadband Antenna Tracking Systems (BATS Wireless) since May 2022. Previously, John worked at RFS - Radio Frequency Systems from March 2018 to May 2022, where they held the positions of Chief Technical Officer and VP of Product Management for Base Station Antennas. Prior to that, John worked at CommScope - Andrew Solutions from July 2008 to May 2022 as the VP/Director of Product Line Management. John also has experience working at Andrew Corporation from 1991 to 2008, where they served as the Managing Director and held various other positions including Group Product Line Director, Product Manager, RF Engineering Manager, and Microwave Design Engineer. Before joining Andrew Corporation, John worked at Ferranti International as a Senior Microwave Development Engineer from 1988 to 1991, and at GEC - EEV as a Microwave Technician Engineer from 1983 to 1988.

From 2003 to 2007, John Cole attended Open University - Edinburgh, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Technology with Honours. Their field of study focused on RF, Digital, and Electronics.
