Norm Sharp

Norm Sharp has worked for two companies: Broadband Antenna Tracking Systems (BATS Wireless) and Sealed Air. At BATS Wireless, they have been the Quality Manager since 2014 and is responsible for developing and maintaining an ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality System with additional IECEx and ATEX certifications. At Sealed Air, they were Quality Manager from 2002 to 2014, managing a staff of quality and process engineers to improve the quality and efficiency of the plant. Norm also served as Electrical Engineer, installing systems and production equipment to improve costs and efficiency and providing training on newly installed or modified systems. Norm was also the local Lean/WCM coordinator, leading Kaizen events and other Lean activities.

Norm Sharp obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Technology from Indiana State University between 1990 and 1995. In 2010, they were certified as a Radiation Safety Officer by Fowler Associates, Inc in May. In 2013, they obtained a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
