Rob Barclay

Rob Barclay currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Batt Cables Limited since November 2024. Additionally, Rob holds the position of Non Executive Director at Speedy Hire, a prominent provider of tools and equipment hire services, and acts as the current chairman of the Sustainability committee while being a member of the audit and remuneration committees. Previously, Rob was the Chief Executive Officer of National Timber Group from March 2018 to October 2023, overseeing a leading timber processing and distribution company. Prior to this role, Rob served as Managing Director for UK, Ireland, and the Middle East at SIG plc, a market leader in supplying specialized products to the building and construction industry, from November 1997 to March 2018.
