Ange-Lionel Toba

Ange-Lionel Toba is a researcher at Idaho National Laboratory, specializing in the application of AI and advanced algorithms for energy systems analysis and leading research in critical material supply chains and economic analysis since 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a research assistant at Old Dominion University's Serious Gaming Lab from 2015 to 2018, focusing on the analysis of large-scale distributed systems through data-driven modeling and simulation. Earlier experience consists of developing simulation models for complex engineered systems at the ODU Virginia Modeling, Analysis & Simulation Center (VMASC) from 2013 to 2015. Ange-Lionel Toba holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management & Systems Engineering from Old Dominion University, a Master of Science in Industrial and System Engineering from Colorado State University Pueblo, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universite Cadi Ayyad-Marrakech.
