Anne Demma

Anne Demma is an accomplished professional in materials engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Nuclear Materials Performance at Idaho National Laboratory since November 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Materials Engineer at TerraPower, where testing projects focused on sodium corrosion and mechanical properties of steels were managed. At Kairos Power, Anne held multiple senior management positions overseeing projects for the DOE Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program and developing a team focused on materials testing for reactor design support. Previous roles at EPRI involved significant program management and growth of funding in materials reliability and corrosion research. Anne holds a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and degree qualifications in Business Administration and Materials Science Engineering.
