Emilee Harris

Emilee Harris is an experienced professional in instructional design and workforce development, currently serving as the Curriculum Development and Delivery Manager at Idaho National Laboratory since July 2014. Emilee has held multiple roles at the laboratory, including Workforce Development Manager and Instructional Design Team Lead, where leadership is provided to a team focused on education and training in the Industrial Control System Cybersecurity field. Prior to this, Emilee worked as an Instructional Designer at Battelle from July 2006 and as a Training Specialist at Red, Inc. from July 2001 to June 2006. Emilee's career began at Qwest Communications International, Inc. and US West, where Sales Manager positions were held. Emilee holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in Organizational Learning and Development from Idaho State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Training and Development from Idaho State University.
