Kelsey Behm

Kelsey Behm is a Senior Workforce Engagement & Collaboration Consultant at Idaho National Laboratory (INL), where responsibilities include engaging a workforce of over 6,000 employees through multi-channel curricula that enhance team effectiveness, collaboration, and career development. Since joining INL’s Workforce Engagement & Collaboration Team in September 2019, Kelsey has been instrumental in planning and facilitating lab-wide professional development symposiums and employee outreach activities. Previously, Kelsey served as a Document Control Text Processor at INL’s Materials and Fuels Complex, where a passion for employee development emerged through involvement with INL Leadership Councils and the Employee Development Network. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Administrator at Jacobs, providing vital support across engineering, construction, and project management disciplines. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Science from the University of Idaho.
