Vivek Agarwal

Vivek Agarwal is a senior manager at Idaho National Laboratory, leading the Advanced Reactor Technology & Design Department while also serving as a distinguished staff scientist and principal investigator on various research projects. With significant experience in the development of self-powered wireless sensors, acoustic telemetry infrastructure, and advanced data analytics for nuclear power plant monitoring, Vivek has a strong focus on innovation and collaboration within the industry. Additional roles include serving as a Section Editor for the Journal of Pattern Recognition Research and co-chairing the Nuclear Energy PHM Society in 2014. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tennessee.
