Andrew Davis

Principal Research Scientist at Battelle

Andrew Davis has extensive work experience in research and analysis roles. Andrew started their career as an Economist at GSA, where they chaired the Economic Evaluation Team for multi-million dollar procurements of telecommunications services. Andrew also performed cost studies and economic surveys to evaluate bids. After that, they worked as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research for five years, conducting research and analysis. Following this, they joined the University of Washington Center for AIDS and STD as a Research Analyst, where they worked for two years. Currently, Andrew is working as a Principal Research Scientist at Battelle.

Andrew Davis earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Geography from Clark University in 1990. In 2001, they completed a Master's degree in Policy Analysis and Evaluation at Stanford University.
