Barbara Bright

Barbara Bright has over 25 years of experience in communications and proposal editing within various industries. Currently serving as the Editor in the Proposal Center for Battelle since September 2004, Barbara has managed a diverse team while editing extensive strategic proposals and developing essential tools for large proposal efforts. Previous roles at Battelle include Manager of Proposal Support Operations and Senior Technical Writer/Editor, reflecting a progression in proposal development expertise. Prior to Battelle, Barbara held the position of Corporate Communications Program Manager at BISYS, where responsibilities included editing a range of marketing materials and managing the corporate website. Earlier experience includes coordinating client services and communications at Paul Werth Associates. Barbara holds a dual B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Management from Franklin University.
