Danh Do has a diverse work experience in the field of science and research. Currently, they are working as a Principal Scientist at Battelle since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where they held the positions of Instructor of Medicine from July 2019 to August 2021 and Postdoctoral Fellow from January 2015 to June 2019. Danh also worked as a PHD Student at the University of California, Riverside from August 2010 to December 2014, focusing on studying the contribution and role of microbial biofilms in chronic wounds. Before that, they were a Research Associate at the University of Vermont from August 2007 to August 2009, and a Student at The Scripps Research Institute from August 2005 to June 2007.
Danh Do completed an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies at San Diego Mesa College between 2002 and 2005. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at UC San Diego from 2005 to 2007. Danh furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from the University of California, Riverside, spanning from 2009 to 2014.
