Doug Hall

Doug Hall is a Mechanical Engineer IV at Battelle since June 2017, serving as Program Manager for the Metallic Materials Properties Development and Standardization Handbook utilized in the aerospace industry. Previously, Doug was a Limited Term Lecturer at Purdue Polytechnic Institute from January 2010 to May 2019, teaching courses on statistical quality and manufacturing quality control. Doug's extensive background at Honeywell Aerospace, spanning from August 1987 to June 2017, included roles as Staff Engineer and Principal/Sr. Principal/Staff Engineer, where responsibilities involved strategic planning, negotiation with external customers, and leading analytical capabilities for aerospace projects. Doug also served as a board member for Edwardsburg Public Schools for a decade and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. Educational qualifications include an MS in Engineering Mechanics and a BS in Mathematics, both from The Ohio State University.
