John McCracken

John McCracken, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Battelle, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Recruiting at SOS International LLC from March 2017 to March 2022, overseeing talent acquisition for a major technology and services integrator. John also held the position of Recruiting Manager at PAE, leading recruitment for a significant business unit focused on logistics and stability operations. Earlier experience includes roles at SOS International LLC where John advanced from Senior Manager, Recruiting to become a key player in the company's recruiting efforts, and as Human Resources Manager at Mission Essential Personnel, managing employee relations in Afghanistan. John holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
