John Timothy Balint

John Timothy Balint is an accomplished data scientist and educator with extensive experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data visualization. Currently serving as Data Scientist III at Battelle since February 2022, John has designed and implemented AI technologies across various projects and showcased product developments to government agency leadership. Prior to this role, John was an Assistant Professor at Stonehill College, where curriculum development and mentoring of students in data science were key responsibilities. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from George Mason University, further supported by a solid background in research and teaching across multiple institutions. John's expertise encompasses data analytics, simulation methods, and visual analytics, making significant contributions to both academic and government sectors.
