Karen Wells

Karen Wells has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as ERP Implementation (Deltek) - Report to Record Lead at Battelle since January 2017, where successful implementation of Deltek Costpoint occurred in October 2021. Responsibilities include reviewing business processes for system integration, managing project plans, and leading data correction initiatives. Previously, Karen held various roles at Battelle, including Manager of Corporate Accounting and Sr. Corporate Financial Reporting Analyst. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at OhioHealth, where oversight of financial systems deployment and EPIC implementation took place. Karen's foundational experience was gained at Victoria's Secret Direct, starting as an AP Clerk and progressing to Business Systems Analyst. Karen is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
