Rebecca Nguyen

Rebecca Nguyen is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management, talent programs, and wellness initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Culture & Programs at Battelle since January 2011, Rebecca leads change management efforts and the planning of learning design while managing a team to develop training tools and support materials. Prior roles at Battelle include Corporate Program Manager, overseeing the enterprise culture program Mission First, and Manager of Health Promotion, where Rebecca developed a comprehensive wellness program that achieved an ROI of 1.85 after two years. Early career experience includes revitalizing corporate fitness centers and significantly increasing membership and income for the employee fitness program at The Ohio State University. Educational credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
