Todd Harrington

Todd Harrington is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Global Laboratory Operations at Battelle since January 2013, focusing on legal counsel for the organization's laboratory operations. Previously, Todd held multiple roles at Battelle, including managing contracts and procurement activities, and overseeing the institution's worldwide Intellectual Property portfolio. From 2009 to October 2019, Todd served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BNBI, leading various legal matters related to corporate governance and compliance. Todd's earlier career includes serving as General Counsel for Battelle National Biodefense Institute, LLC, and as Senior Patent Attorney at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where Todd provided intellectual property legal support. Todd Harrington earned a Doctor of Law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law after completing an undergraduate education at Montana Technological University.
