Stephan Kiesner

Stephan Kiesner has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Stephan is currently serving as the Group CFO at battenfeld-cincinnati since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Group CFO / MD at Rhodius Group from June 2019 to April 2021. From November 2007 to March 2019, they held multiple roles at ROMACO GROUP including VP Finance and CFO, where they were responsible for finance, IT, and HR. Stephan also completed a full private equity cycle with Deutsche Beteiligungs AG during their time at ROMACO GROUP. Before that, they served as the Division VP Finance at Robbins & Myers from November 2007 to April 2011. Additionally, Stephan held the position of Finance Director / CFO at Gilbarco Veeder-Root Europe from June 2004 to October 2007. Stephan also served as the VP Finance at Baumüller Gruppe, Baumüller America from January 2002 to June 2004. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Baumuller (UK) Ltd. from August 2000 to December 2001 and worked as a Finance Manager at Jesco America Corp. from January 1996 to March 1998.

Stephan Kiesner completed their Abitur in Math, Geography, and English at Gymnasium Mellendorf in 1985. From 1989 to 1995, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
