Jennifer Karn Stankovsky has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jennifer began their career at Kohl's in 2007 as a Merchandise Analyst and progressed through various roles such as Assistant Buyer, Team Lead Ecommerce Production, and Manager, Digital Item Production. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Manager of Corporate Strategy & Prioritization at Kohl's. In 2020, they joined Batteries Plus as the Merchandising Content Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Experience.

Jennifer Karn Stankovsky earned their BBA degree in Marketing and Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, from 2002 to 2006.
