Scott O'Farrell

Scott O'Farrell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Scott currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Batteries Plus Bulbs. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at TrackX. Scott also held the position of Vice President/Director at Cabela's, where they had full P&L responsibility for the Commercial Business Unit. Scott O'Farrell has also worked at Toast, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales, where they tripled the size of the sales force and doubled revenue in six months. Before that, they held leadership positions at Boise Cascade Office Solutions/OfficeMax/Office Depot, where they were responsible for sales and reversing sales declines. Scott started their career at Boise Cascade Office Solutions as the Vice President/General Manager of the Rocky Mountain Region, where they turned around an underperforming market and significantly increased revenue.

Scott O'Farrell holds a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Washington State University, Pullman, WA. Scott also completed a program in High Performance Negotiation Skills, Negotiations at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2011. Further, they pursued Executive Education in EVA at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2007.
