Warehouse Operations Manager at Battery-Biz

Martin Euan has worked in the warehouse and operations management field since 1983. Martin began their career at Bridgestone/Firestone USA as a Warehouse Inventory Control Manager, where they oversaw inventory control personnel and a large warehouse, implemented a WMS radio frequency system, and served as chairman of the safety committee. In 2004, they were contracted by Lowry's, Inc. to help move their warehouse to a bigger facility, as well as retrain and motivate personnel. Martin then worked at H.R. Swanton, Inc. as a Distribution Warehouse Manager/Inside Sales Manager, where they developed operational goals and plans, monitored margins, acted as a liaison with customers, and managed 20 staff. In 2009, they began working at Natural Balance Pet Foods Inc. as a Warehouse Distribution Manager, where they managed day-to-day operations of the floor Inventory and Distribution Division. In 2013, they worked as a Warehouse Distribution Manager/Consulting at Justice Design Group on a temp consulting assignment. In 2014, they began working at Anthony International as a Production/Warehouse Manager (Night Shift), where they ensured effective employee relations and provided employee coaching and development. Finally, in 2018, they began working at Battery-Biz as a Warehouse Operations Manager, where they provided shipping/receiving function with leadership and development of functional excellence, developed KPI/metrics, hired and developed warehouse team members, drove continuous improvement projects, and addressed insource vs. outsource.

Martin Euan obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Los Angeles Valley College between 1996 and 1998.
