Collier Searle

Collier Searle is a vice president who focuses on late-stage and buyout software investments.

Prior to Battery, Collier spent two years as an associate at Apax Partners, where she focused on private equity investments in B2B software companies. She helped lead Apax’s investment in Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) and was actively involved with the firm’s investment in Paycor, a provider of payroll and human-capital management software to small- and medium-sized businesses. Prior to Apax, Collier was an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and London.

Collier graduated magna cum laude with a BA in philosophy and political science from Middlebury College. She is actively involved in Synergist Network, a non-profit organization focused on empowering women in the first decade of their investing careers in private equity and venture capital.
