Jesse Feldman

Jesse invests in buyout and growth-equity transactions in the enterprise-software and industrial-technology markets. He is currently on the boards of Audio Precision; Physical Property Testing (PPT), a platform created with James Heal and Mecmesin; Process Sensing Technologies, a platform created with Analytical Industries, Dynament, LDetek, Michell Instruments, NTRON, Rotronic, SST Sensing and Status Scientific; Noise & Vibration Technologies, a platform created with Data Physics, Lansmont Corp. and Team Corp; TTP Labtech; Qognify, a company spun out of NICE Systems’ Physical Security Business Unit and a platform created with OnSSI; and Robotiq.

Jesse’s previous investments include Drillinginfo (acquired by Genstar Capital), Healthvision (acquired by Lawson Software), HighJump Software (acquired by Accellos), Industrial Safety Technology (acquired by Tyco), Nova Analytics (acquired by ITT) and Nova Technologies (acquired by IDEX Corp.) and Rogue Wave Software (acquired by Audax Private Equity). Jesse’s portfolio companies often pursue aggressive, inorganic growth strategies and he has worked on more than 20 add-on acquisitions. He has extensive experience working with businesses across the US and Europe.

Prior to Battery, Jesse spent a number of years with Ionian Management and was a founding member of Ionian Ventures, a specialized fund dedicated to transportation and logistics technology companies. At Ionian, he also worked on a range of private equity transactions, collaborating closely with portfolio management teams to design and implement turnaround and restructuring strategies. Earlier in his career, Jesse worked at GE Capital.

He received a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
