With nearly a quarter of a century dedicated to insurances services in multiple countries, Karine contributes experience and creative problem-solving skills in both French and English.

After beginning her career handling medical evacuations and repatriation assistance services, Karine worked in leadership roles at Collision Group, Intana and Healix. Despite crossing borders and cultures, Karine expertly handled her roles, which included aspects of data protection, building out teams and coordinating with insurance underwriters, all with a singular focus: the person in need.

As an Assistance and Customer Service Coordinator at battleface, Karine focuses on how to help people, incorporating years of frontline international experience to quickly assess individual problems and resolve them on a person-by-person basis.

After years of expat living in Polynesia, the UK, South Africa, and Spain, Karine is now back in her native France, surrounded by family and two adorable dogs.
