Sara Torres has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara began their career as an Intern at Woodland Pharmaceuticals in 2010 before moving on to an Information Management Development Program Intern role at SABIC Innovative Plastics in 2011. Sara then worked as a Business Development Manager at SBH Sciences in 2012.

In 2013, Sara joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Web Developer and later became a Product Manager, leading the redesign of CliffsNotes.com and successfully managing website content updates.

Sara then joined MassMutual Financial Group in 2017 as a Product Management Consultant, utilizing analytics tools to analyze trends and optimize SEO strategies.

In 2018, Sara held two positions simultaneously. Sara worked as an Infant/Toddler Teaching Assistant at The Children's Workshop and as a Web & Marketing Manager at Woodland Biosciences, where they collaborated with the President and CSO on high-level projects and created a corporate website.

From 2020 to 2023, Sara worked at Bottomline Technologies as an Associate Project Manager, managing projects for financial institutions and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance customer experience.

Currently, Sara holds the position of Director of Product - US at battleface, where they focus on the corporate roadmap, develops the Platform as a Service, and connects all departments for scaling operations.

Sara Torres completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Technology at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, they took a course in Childhood Growth & Development at North Shore Community College. Before their college education, Sara attended Shrewsbury High School from 2004 to 2008.
