Gajendra Chandel

Gajendra Chandel is an experienced leader in organizational transformation and human resources, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Batt:RE and Co-Founder of Rootivate.in since October 2019. As the Founder and Transformation Evangelist at Viribus Unitis Consulting, Gajendra focuses on nurturing start-up ecosystems and mentoring founders in growth strategies and digital transformation. Gajendra previously held significant roles at Tata Motors, leading organizational effectiveness and HR as President and Group CHRO from 2014 to 2019, and at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. as President of Human Resources. Earlier career positions include various leadership roles at Siemens, where Gajendra led global initiatives in HR and business integration. Gajendra holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration along with postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Labor Laws from Panjab University.
