Pravinkumar Powar has a strong background in maintenance engineering and project management. Pravinkumar started their career at Force Motors Ltd in 2010 as a Maintenance Engineer, where they worked until 2016. Pravinkumar then moved to Brembo Brake India Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Maintenance Engineer, where they stayed until 2021. During their time there, they gained significant experience in maintenance engineering. In 2021, they joined Battrixx as the Head of Projects & Maintenance, where they played a crucial role in obtaining AIS Phase 2 certification as the first EV battery pack manufacturer in India.

Pravinkumar Powar completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Operations Management from MIT School of Distance Education between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, KASABA BAWADA (DYPCET) from 2006 to 2010. Pravinkumar'ssecondary education was completed at Sainik School Satara, where they obtained their SSC-HSC degree between 1998 and 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Pravinkumar Powar has acquired several certifications. These include completing the Kaizen Approach - Lean Methodology for Continuous Improvement course from Alison in August 2023, the IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor certification from Vivacity Management Consulting in February 2022, and various certifications from LinkedIn. These LinkedIn certifications include A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement, Adaptive Project Leadership, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Operational Excellence Work-Out and Kaizen Facilitator, The Eight Essential People Skills for Project Management, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), Six Sigma Foundations, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Strategic Thinking, Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement, and Project Management: Technical Projects. The LinkedIn certifications were obtained between September 2021 and November 2021.
