Maritza Mejia

Maritza Mejia has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an Assistant Program Coordinator and Supervisor at the Residential Safety Program at Stony Brook University. Maritza was also a Brand Ambassador at Flashlight Media from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to the present, Maritza has held various roles at BaubleBar Inc., including Senior Director of Operations and Customer Care, Director of Operations and Customer Experience, Associate Director of Operations and Customer Experience, Senior Operations Manager, and Operations Manager and Supervisor. In each role, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks, such as delivering leadership and guidance to direct reports, analyzing customer feedback, reviewing P&L for labor, collaborating with staffing agencies and HR departments, building and expanding jewelry production teams, and supporting accountants with audits.

Maritza Mejia attended Stony Brook University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Criticism.
