Terrence Matthews

Terrence Matthews is an experienced retail executive currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Store Operations at Hibbett since October 2025. Prior to this role, Terrence held multiple positions at Five Below from April 2021 to October 2025, including Interim Regional Director for the Southeast and District Manager.
