Andrew Kersjes

Andrew Kersjes, CRP has extensive work experience in various roles.

From 2014 to present, Andrew worked at RecogNation, first as a Director of Sales and then as an Employee Experience Partner. At RecogNation, they provided SaaS-based recognition solutions and delivered full-service employee engagement solutions.

In 2014, Andrew also worked at Baudville Brands as a Director of Employee Engagement Partner. Andrew focused on combining high-tech and high-touch elements to enhance employee recognition programs.

Prior to that, Andrew owned and managed a property management company starting in 2013. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Lake Trust Credit Union as an Assistant Branch Manager and Lending Specialist.

From 2009 to 2012, Andrew served as a Senior Personal Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Andrew excelled in sales and incentive production, leading the Michigan West District in 2010.

Andrew began their career in 2008 as an On-Site Manager and Brand Ambassador at Diageo.

Andrew Kersjes, CRP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State University in 2009. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Recognition Professional certification from Recognition Professionals International - RPI in 2022.
