Shona Morgan

Shona Morgan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BAUER Foundations Canada Inc. since March 2011, Shona oversees HR functions across the country, managing immigration matters, labour relations, and employee benefits, while also implementing company policies and communication plans. Previous roles include Senior Human Resource Advisor at Graham Group Ltd., Director of Human Resources at NASCOR/NASCOR INTERNATIONAL, and Manager of Staffing and Recruitment at Cameron Management Services Group. Shona began their career as a Human Resource Consultant at KPMG. An Immigration Consultant Certificate was earned from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants between 2012 and 2013.
