Currently serving as Lead Engineer at BAUER Equipment America since May 2022, Pavan has held various positions at BAUER Maschinen GmbH, BAUER Deep Drilling GmbH, and BAUER MANUFACTURING, contributing to the design and development of automated land rigs and drilling equipment.
