Marina Andrade-Silva

Marina Andrade-Silva is an experienced project manager with a background in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering. Currently employed at Bauer Foundation Corp. since September 2019, Marina has managed significant projects, including the American River Features of Work and the Herbert Hoover Dike Rehabilitation Project. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager, Bentonite Plant Manager, and Project Engineer at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, overseeing complex international projects and ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery. Earlier experiences also encompass positions as Site Engineer at Menard and Intern Design Engineer at Confluence, with foundational training in geotechnical studies and investigations.
